Frequently asked questions

What's your minimum order quantity?

It depends on the product. For embroidered garments we can often work with quantities as low as 1, though better pricing applies to larger runs. Get in touch and we'll give you a straight answer.

How long does it take?

Most orders are completed within 7–14 working days from design approval. Rush orders may be possible — just let us know your deadline upfront.

Can you match our brand colours and logo?

Yes. Send us your logo files (ideally vector format, but we can work with most formats) and your brand guidelines if you have them. We'll confirm colour matching before we start.

Do you offer samples?

For larger orders, yes. Ask us when you get in touch.
